Very good lightfastness: Mont Marte Premium Oil Paints have a lightfast rating of 6 or above (equivalent to ASTM2). This means that under museum lighting conditions, the pigment will remain unchanged for 50-100 years.
Slower drying time gives you more flexibility to experiment with layering, blending and brush techniques.
Touch dry after 3-4 days (completely cures in 6-12 months).

Handy hints:
Use oil paints with wooden palettes (solvents such as turpentine and white spirits may damage plastic palettes).
Change paint consistency by adding small amounts of turpentine and linseed oil.
Prepare your surface with a coat of primer.
